What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. We also use closely-related technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorageto remember small pieces of information about your session and preferences. For simplicity we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.

We do not run advertising cookies, marketing pixels, cross-site trackers, or behavioural analytics on our own infrastructure.
Third-party cookies
If you upgrade to a paid plan, the checkout and billing portal pages are hosted by Stripe, Inc.and may set their own cookies for fraud prevention and session management. Those cookies are governed by Stripe’s own cookie policy.
If your workspace owner enables a hosted AI provider (Groq, Cerebras, OpenRouter, etc.) the AI requests are made from the server side and do not place cookies on your browser.
Your choices
- The cookie banner. If this is your first visit we show a small banner asking you to Accept or Decline non-essential cookies. Necessary cookies (the ones required to keep you signed in and to remember your banner choice) are always set.
- Your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to Taskz.
- Clear consent. To reset your banner choice, clear cookies for this site in your browser settings. The banner will reappear on your next visit.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change the cookies we use, we will update this page and bump the consent version, which will re-prompt you for consent.
